CHALLENGE #88 - AIN'T IT CUTE!

Hi again everybody and a happy Wednesday to you all. Thank you so much for all your entries last week. They were fabulous and you just can't go wrong with those colours can you? Our winner though is #22 Julie B with this lovely card.
